Each neighborhood in Rocking K is named and street-themed to provide a sense of place and connection with the land and its unique story.
Silver Ridge by KB Home & Lennar
Silver Ridge is a gated neighborhood which is entered off Rocking K Ranch Loop and Bonanza Park Drive. Natural landscape green belts both border and bisect the neighborhood, with 2/3rds of the homes abutting natural open space. Silver Ridge is directly adjacent to the community park, with 10 homes bordering the park for easy access. Lennar and KB Home are the builders in Silver Ridge. Silver Ridge’s neighborhood identity and street names are based upon the rich mining history and registered mining claims of the region.
Vail Parke by Pulte Homes
In the first phase, Vail Parke is the first neighborhood upon entering Rocking K. Entrance to Vail Parke is from Land Grant and Expedition Drives. Pulte Homes is the builder of Vail Parke, which offers larger lots and back yards, mountain views and adjacency to natural open space. Vail Parke’s sense of place comes from early land grants and pioneer settlement of the area. Lt. John G. Parke, West Point, surveyed rail and stagecoach routes and mapped the area in the 1850’s.
Wildflower Estates by Lennar
Wildflower Estates is accessed by Rock Flower Dr. and is located along Rocking K’s northwestern border. Lennar is the exclusive builder in Wildflower Estates, which provides residents with the largest home sites in phase 1, with all single story homes and street design integrated with natural desert open space. Natural flora and wildflowers of Saguaro National Park provide the neighborhood identity for Wildflower Estates.
Sky Village by Richmond American Homes
Model homes are now open in Sky Village by Richmond American Homes, and they are now selling by appointment. Sky Village is encircled on the west by Rocking K Ranch Loop Rd and the sidewalk and path adjacent to the main community street. Sky Village is accessed off of Orion’s Belt Way. Two green belts are located within and alongside the neighborhood. Sky Village is themed around the constellations and night skies for which this region is famous.
Del Webb
Del Webb at Rocking K will be the first neighborhood in our second phase. Entrance to Del Webb at Rocking K is the southern entrance of Rocking K Ranch Loop and Old Spanish Trail. Del Webb at Rocking K will offer new homes with refined interiors, stunning outdoor living spaces, mountain views, and adjacency to natural open space. Moderne at Rocking K is a gated build-for-rent community located on 17.1 acres at the entrance of Rocking K and across from the main park.
